Jacob is the mechanic at Aberdeen. He does a fantastic job on keeping the equipment we have running. He does not mind helping in other ways if he is asked to. He will jump in and help around the cart barn or pro shop if they need a hand with anything. He is a great team player and a big piece of the crew. We couldn’t be happier having Jacob here.

Burning Ridge
We are pleased to recognize our Employee of the Month, Courtney, whose dedication and positive spirit make a lasting impression here at Burning Ridge! She approaches each day with enthusiasm, supports her teammates without hesitation, and ensures that everything stays organized and on track. Her willingness to assist in any capacity highlights her strong work ethic and dedication. We sincerely appreciate the impact she makes each day and are very fortunate to have her on our team! Colonial Charters
Colonial Charter’s EOQ for Q1 of 2026 is Fran Fuller from out maintenance department. Fran went above and beyond his duties this quarter. From finding irrigation heads, drain and valve covers, to suggesting techniques to raise and fix them. His skills are a huge asset to help improve our golf experience at Colonial. Thank you Fran for all that you do to make Colonial Charters a better place for our guests.

Long Bay
We are pleased to acknowledge Bill Birkenmeier as the Employee of the Quarter for Q1 2026 at The Long Bay Club. Bill is an integral part of our maintenance staff. He has been with Long Bag for about a year. He completes his assigned jobs 100 percent, is always on time and ready to go for his assigned shifts. After his shifts, you can often find him out on the course at The Long Bay course playing a round. Thank you Bill for all that you do to make The Long Bay Club better everyday.

Myrtle Beach National
Jim is an outstanding member of our golf operations team, known for his reliability, professionalism, and genuine dedication to both guests and staff. He consistently delivers excellent customer service, welcoming every guest with a friendly attitude, communicating effectively, and helping ensure each round begins on a positive note. What distinguishes Jim is his ability to navigate challenges with calmness and efficiency. From resolving tee time issues to addressing guest concerns or adjusting to unexpected situations, he handles each scenario with a practical, solution-focused approach. He regularly goes the extra mile, taking initiative to support smooth daily operations and elevate the overall guest experience. His strong work ethic and commitment make him an essential part of the team.

Martin Graham has truly earned Employee of the Quarter for Pine Lakes through his unwavering dedication and passion as our Sous Chef. His commitment to his craft shows in everything he does, from the precision and care he brings to daily kitchen operations to the countless hours he invests in preparing for our banquet events. Martin consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every dish meets the highest standards, helping create exceptional experiences for our members and guests. His strong work ethic, reliability, and pride in his work make him an invaluable part of our team and a key contributor to our continued success.

River Hills
River Hills employee of the quarter is our landscaper, Mike Kovach. He always comes in with a cheerful outlook. Mike does a fantastic job of keeping the clubhouse grounds looking impressive. He is always willing to help on the course when needed doing anything from irrigation and projects to course setup and mowing.

Wild Wing
We are happy to announce Wild Wing’s employee of the quarter is Tom Hess. Tom is an asset to our team in many ways. When there is something to be done Tom is always ready and willing to help anyway that we can. His customer service and dedication to Wild Wing certainly does not go unnoticed. Thank you for all that you do Tom!

World Tour
Miller has been a dedicated member of our team for over six years, consistently demonstrating a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. She is a true team player who goes above and beyond to support those around her. Miller’s reliability and commitment make her someone we can always depend on, and her contributions do not go unnoticed. Jane Miley has been an instrumental part of Founders Club’s food and beverage department for 16 years. Guest and Members come into the restaurant asking for Jane because of the relationships she had built over the years. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication Jane. We are so happy to have you as part of our team!

Grande Dunes
Shane Peters has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, professionalism, and dedication, making him a clear choice for Employee of the Quarter. His commitment to delivering an outstanding golf experience is evident in both his daily interactions with guests and his ability to lead the golf operations team with energy and purpose.

Litchfield
For years, Jodi Cotten has been giving a smile and friendly greeting to everyone who walks into the LCC Clubhouse. She is normally the first person that a guest sees and all of the regulars come looking for her. Friday night dinners, Sunday brunches and all other events are made better by Jodi’s welcoming personality. All of us at Litchfield are proud to work with Jodi and happy that she is our employee of the quarter.

Myrtlewood
Dave Speicher has gone above and beyond to keep the golf course in outstanding condition, consistently delivering reliable and high-quality maintenance work. His attention to detail, strong work ethic, and willingness to help wherever needed make a noticeable difference for both staff and golfers. Dave’s dedication and positive attitude truly make him deserving of Employee of the Quarter.

Pawleys Plantation
Dan has been a great addition to our golf staff. His positive attitude and ability to strike up a conversation with our guests and members adds so much to our service levels. I have witnessed him make a child’s day by giving them a golf ball from Santa around Christmas time. He will speak to the golfers about the gators being faster than the greens. He gets the golfers laughing and in appositive mood before leaving the golf shop. His calm demeanor and ability to stay positive and find a solution when he does get a curve ball thrown at him, helps him be successful each day.

River Club
Lucy has been the F&B Manager at the River Club for just about 6 months. She came to us during a time of massive change after renovation and has handled the transition seamlessly. She has really put her stamp on her side of the operation and made it her own. Through her reliability, work ethic, and leadership she has earned the respect of her staff and co-workers. Lucy truly cares about Jackson’s View and has been a tremendous asset to the River Club. Thank you for a job well done as we look forward to a very bright future.

TPC
TPC is recognizing James Ozment for our employee of the first quarter. James has been a great part of our starter/course advisor team since he was hired here. He goes above and beyond to provide great customer service while ensuring the operation runs smoothly each day. He has been helping us train our new staff members and is willing to help out whenever it is needed. We appreciate everything you do for TPC!

Tradition

From the moment our guests arrive, David sets the tone for an exceptional experience. Willbrook
Our pick for EMP of Q1 2026 is Paul Damotta. Paul relocated from Connecticut in 2014 and has worked at Willbrook Plantation for the past 6 months. During his time at the “BROOK” he has utilized his customer service skills to enhance our guests’ experience daily. Paul has also helped out countless times covering shifts, assisting with issues from our renovation and generally being one of the best at the bag drop! Paul enjoys playing golf and the beach on his days away from Willbrook
