MyrtleBeachGolfTrips.com Intercollegiate Returns to Grande Dunes for Third Year

The MyrtleBeachGolfTrips.com Intercollegiate will return to Grande Dunes Resort Course for its third annual playing September 6–8, bringing collegiate golf back to the Grand Strand.
Hosted by Coastal Carolina University, the 54-hole tournament will feature three days of team and individual competition. The early-season event will welcome programs from across the country to compete on the Roger Rulewich-designed course.
Grande Dunes can stretch to 7,600 yards and features wide fairways, bold green complexes and five holes along the Intracoastal Waterway. The course’s length, strategic options and demanding putting surfaces provide a strong test for both team and individual competition.
The 2025 tournament featured memorable finishes in both divisions. Florida Atlantic University overcame a four-shot deficit with a final-round score of 14-under par to win the team championship at 26-under. The Owls finished nine shots ahead of Florida Gulf Coast and Clemson.
Coastal Carolina junior Jack Lee earned individual medalist honors at 14-under, securing his first collegiate victory by two strokes. Lee opened with rounds of 65 and 66 before closing with a 1-under 71 to complete a wire-to-wire victory.
