River Club Debuts Jackson’s View, a Fresh Take on the Clubhouse Experience

River Club has added a new layer of flavor and hospitality with the opening of Jackson’s View, a renovated clubhouse restaurant that blends fresh dining with one of the South Strand’s most scenic golf settings.

The restaurant’s name honors course architect Tom Jackson and the expansive view from the clubhouse, where golfers can take in parts of eight holes, including River Club’s risk-reward par-5 18th. Inside, a complete transformation features modern décor, a new bar, and an elevated menu that enhances the post-round experience for players and guests alike.

Jackson’s View offers a variety of options including flatbread pizzas, paninis, wraps, burgers, and shareable appetizers — perfect for golfers looking to unwind after a round or locals searching for a new dining spot. A standout on the menu is the Snappy Pork Chop, a pork ribeye topped with grilled onions, mayo, mustard, and tomato on a Kaiser roll.

Guests can also enjoy a full bar selection featuring draft and bottled beers, craft cocktails, and a thoughtfully curated wine list. With multiple televisions throughout the space, Jackson’s View doubles as a comfortable place to catch a game or host a group dinner. The restaurant is open to the public, inviting everyone to experience the new energy inside the River Club clubhouse.

Located in Pawleys Island, River Club is known for its scenic Lowcountry design and challenging layout featuring water on 15 of 18 holes. The addition of Jackson’s View builds on that reputation, offering a relaxed and refined atmosphere that perfectly complements the course.
