Aberdeen Country Club
Our employee of the quarter is Steven Calvert. Steve has been with us here at Aberdeen a little over 2 years. He is a great asset to the team here and does an excellent job in the golf shop. Whether it be helping customers with sales in the golf shop or checking them in, Steve has a great attitude and personality that makes for a great guest experience. Steve has a great relationship with the membership here as well; he plays golf with them regularly and even gives a lesson here and there to help them with their games. Thanks for all you do here at Aberdeen.
Burning Ridge
Jess Welch has been with us for nearly two years, and in that time, she has exceeded expectations and goals. Providing amazing customer service and taking the initiative, she has shown strong commitment in everything she does, constantly motivating and leading the team to succeed together.
Colonial Charters
The Employee of the Quarter for Q3 at Colonial Charters is Guy Steuer, from our outside operations team. Guy is a huge part of the success at Colonial; he works hard to keep the outside operations team organized and models the SCORE Program for the other Outside Operations Team Members. He is always willing to help out wherever he is needed, from covering shifts for fellow team members to helping with various projects around the course. One of our favorite things to say is that every outside operation team needs a Guy. Thank you Guy for all that you do to make Colonial Charters a success.
Long Bay Club
Our Employee of the Quarter for Q3 at The Long Bay Club is Nicole Campbell. Nicole has not been with us for a long time, but she has made a huge impact on our F&B team. Her willingness to help out and cover shifts when needed has been a huge help. Nicole also brings her artistic talent to help create beautiful special boards and flyers to help push sales in F&B. Nicole is also very enthusiastic in helping take events to the next level. Thank you Nicole for all that you do to make The Long Bay Club better.
Myrtle Beach National
It is with great pleasure that we recognize Sandi Bobo as our Employee of the Quarter. Her consistently cheerful attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic make her an invaluable part of our team. Always ready with a smile, she brings positivity to every interaction—whether with customers or fellow staff members—creating a welcoming and uplifting environment for all. Her deep knowledge, reliability, and genuine kindness are just a few of the many qualities that set her apart. Simply put, she’s not only an outstanding employee but a truly wonderful person.

Pine Lakes Country Club
Ramiro Hernandez is one of the most dependable, dedicated, and experienced people we have ever had the fortune of working with. Ramiro does everything he can to make Pine Lakes the best it can be each and every day. He is a wealth of knowledge on anything Pine Lakes and golf course maintenance. Ramiro sets the example for others to follow and we are very lucky to have him on our staff.
River Hills
River Hills employee of the quarter is Derrick Carr. Derrick came to us from the rental industry and is quickly making the transition to a turf mechanic. He always comes in with a smile and is willing to help with repairs in other departments along with his responsibilities. It’s that willingness to help that makes a big difference.
Wild Wing
James Furman is our employee of the quarter and a valued employee on the maintenance crew at Wild Wing. He is a golf course management student and also works full time for us. His great attitude and willingness to always learn new things makes him more than deserving of this honor. Thank you for all that you do for us here at Wild Wing!
World Tour
Gavin has been a tremendous help and asset since joining our team. His knowledge of the business and his dedication to customer service is beyond excellent. Every day he steps on property he is committed to making World Tour the best it can be. Always going above and beyond and working for his teammates, Gavin will continue to be a priceless addition to FGI and World Tour.

Founders Club
Hart Keith is our Employee of the Quarter at Founders Club. Hart is new to the golf industry, but he is always looking to learn all he can to increase his knowledge of the turf industry. He is currently enrolled in the University of Georgia Turf Program and looks to make the turfgrass profession his career. Hart is always on time and ready to work. He always looks for something to do and is a great team player. Though he has only been in the business for 1 year, his attention to detail is one of his greatest assets. Congratulations Hart!
Grande Dunes Resort Club
Mark Douyotas is our employee of the quarter. Mark is our Landscaper here at Grande Dunes and does an outstanding job keeping up with the grounds. Mark is committed to keeping Grande Dunes looking good for our golfers, giving them the best experience they can have. We would like to thank Mark for his hard work and dedication to our golf course.
Litchfield
Litchfield is proud to recognize Superintendent Chris Strickland as our Employee of the 3rd Quarter. In his 10+ years at Litchfield, Chris has led our maintenance team in providing excellent playing conditions for our guests to experience. No matter the situation, Chris’s hard work and positive attitude is a fantastic model for our whole team to follow. He has been all we could ask for and more as a leader. We are thrilled to honor him with this award. Thank you for all that you do Chris!
Myrtlewood
Marie Joseph has been part of the Founders teams for 8 years at Myrtlewood. She has been the backbone of the Food in “Food & Beverage” for the Waterway Grille and an integral part of our staff. The value of her work ethic, reliability, and the attitude she brings every day to her job is undeniable. It’s great to be able to honor her in this way for everything she does for our team. Thank you Marie for all you do for us at Myrtlewood!!

Pawleys Plantation, River Club, TPC, Tradition and Willbrook
Pawleys Plantation Golf Club
Pawleys Plantation has selected Building Maintenance Supervisor Tommy Zoeller as their Employee of the Quarter! Tommy recently moved to the area from Oceanside, New York and lives in Conway with his wife and two kids, Lily and Phillip ages three and six. Tommy has been a part of the Pawleys Plantation team since July of 2025 and has made an immediate impact in handling repairs and making upgrades throughout the property. Thanks Tommy for all you do!
River Club
Lauryn Kimmell has only been with us since the end of June. She came over from Founders Club to help us during a time of renovation and the absence of a few key team members. We piled a lot on her plate, and she handled the transition/duties seamlessly while keeping a constant smile on her face. She is well liked and respected by her fellow team members and is a huge part of keeping the food and beverage operation running smoothly under unusual circumstances. We appreciate all your efforts Lauryn!! Keep up the great work!!
TPC Myrtle Beach
TPC nominates Valerie Antonino as our Employee for the Quarter. Valerie has been a part of our TPC Family for over 14 years. We are grateful for her dependability, thoughtfulness and genuine care of her fellow employees! Her ability to work in all areas of Food and Beverage make her a vital part of our team. Willbrook
Our Willbrook Plantation Employee of the Quarter is Dustin Fassett! Dustin has been in our maintenance division for almost 7 years and continues to help out in any way he can. He comes to us from Waukesha, Wisconsin; he loves to read, create music and even hosts 2 podcasts! Dustin’s commitment to making Willbrook one of the best is evident in the many jobs he does around the course as well as assisting the Superintendent with the weekly safety meetings. Ron Peters – Construction Coordinator
Ron joined the Construction Team in December of 2024 as Construction Coordinator and has done a great job overseeing large renovation projects such as Pawleys Plantation and River Club to ensure projects are on track and within budget. He is also always willing to assist in other areas if needed. His experience and knowledge are a valuable asset to the team. His hobbies include golf and spending time with his family and friends.
