2026 Benefits Open Enrollment Meetings/ Premium Discount
It’s that time of year again……. Open Enrollment! We will have five meetings for you to choose from. All Managers and full-time employees should plan to attend one of the meetings below:
River Hills – October 27th at 9:00 am
Wild Wing – October 27th – 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm
Litchfield – October 28th – 9:00 am and 11:00 am
Premium Discount Option
We’re excited to share that Founders is continuing our wellness program to support your health and help lower your healthcare costs. Employees who meet one of the options below will receive a $20 discount each pay off of the Surest Health premium.
Here’s how you can qualify for the premium discount in 2026:
Option 1: Biometric Screening Requirement – If you completed a biometric screening in 2024 and received the premium discount for 2025, you’re automatically grandfathered into the 2026 discount. No further action is required.
Option 2: PCP Visit with Annual Bloodwork If you did not complete the biometric screening in 2024, you can still qualify by completing a PCP visit with general bloodwork and having your doctor’s office submit the attached verification form by December 15, 2025.
Already had a screening this year? If you’ve already completed a general screening appointment with bloodwork, simply send your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) to getwell@awarehealth.io to receive credit.
Why participate? Biometric screenings and PCP visits provide a quick snapshot of key health indicators (like blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar) and connect you with resources to stay on top of your health. Completing one of these options is also the only way to unlock your premium discount for 2026.
