Employee Play Program: July 2024 Update
Thank you for everyone’s cooperation with the Employee Play Program. With the summer months upon us, we experience more last-minute bookings than any other time of year. We have been tracking it closely, and have noticed our courses have been filling up during the mornings. We have had several instances where we had to move employee groups. In order to minimize moving groups, we will be changing the Demand Policy for double tee courses. Starting tomorrow (July 3rd for July 4th tee times), we will be making the following changes:
- High Demand Courses – Employees can book tee times up until there are 8 open tee times remaining in the morning, and 4 open tee times in the afternoon.
- Medium Demand Courses – Employees can book tee times up until there are 6 open tee times remaining in the morning and 4 open tee times in the afternoon.
- Low Demand Courses – Employees can book tee times up until there are 4 open tee times remaining in the morning and 2 open tee times in the afternoon.
This policy will stay in place through August 15th. The standby option is still available at all courses. For standby tee times, employees can call the course they wish to play starting at 7:00 AM on the day of play. Standby times are on a first come first serve basis.
