Employee Play Program: October 2024 Update

We have updated our Employee Play Demand to reflect that all courses will now be in High Demand. However, we are going to restrict employee play off of King’s North through October 21st. We want to limit play on the course until the construction team has finished with their work on the course. If their work is completed before 10/21, I will send an email to open up employee play. Thank you for your understanding.
High Demand Courses – Employees can book tee times up until there are 6 open tee times remaining in the morning, and 6 open tee times in the afternoon.
The standby option is still available at all courses. For standby tee times, employees can call the course they wish to play starting at 7:00 AM on the day of play. Standby times are on a first come first serve basis. 
We also have a website to view course availability.  All employees are expected to use this link to check availability before trying to book a tee time. The link is below:
