Employee Play Program: September 2024 Update

Thank you for everyone’s cooperation with the Employee Play Program. The Fall Package Season will ramp up this week. We have updated our Employee Play Demand to reflect that. Most courses will now be in High Demand, and we have a few in Medium Demand (Aberdeen, Burning Ridge, Colonial Charters, and Founders Club). This policy will stay in place through October 1st. We will monitor demand and may move all Courses to High Demand on October 1st.

High Demand Courses – Employees can book tee times up until there are 6 open tee times remaining in the morning, and 6 open tee times in the afternoon.

Medium Demand Courses – Employees can book tee times up until there are 4 open tee times remaining in the morning and 4 open tee times in the afternoon.

The standby option is still available at all courses. For standby tee times, employees can call the course they wish to play starting at 7:00 AM on the day of play. Standby times are on a first come first serve basis. 

We also have a website to view course availability.  All employees are expected to use this link to check availability before trying to book a tee time. The link is below:
