Registration is now open for the 6th Annual Myrtlewood Golf Tournament benefiting Make-A-Wish South Carolina. The event will take place on Saturday, September 6, 2025, and this year promises to be the biggest yet. Due to overwhelming support and participation, the tournament is expanding to include both the Palmetto and PineHills courses at Myrtlewood Golf Club.

Presented by HTC, the tournament continues a strong tradition of generosity and community spirit. Since its start as a members-only event in 2020, the tournament has raised over $65,350 to support life-changing wishes for children facing critical illnesses.

The 2024 tournament alone raised a record $34,000, plus an additional $10,000 donation from Founders Group International—Myrtlewood’s parent company—through its “Blue Star” point-of-sale donation program, bringing the total to $44,000.

“This tournament has grown beyond what we ever imagined,” said Chris Lovorn, Board Secretary and Treasurer of the Myrtlewood Senior Men’s Golf Association and a Make-A-Wish South Carolina board member. “Every dollar we raise brings us closer to granting life-changing wishes for children right here in South Carolina. We’re excited to open registration and invite everyone to be part of something truly meaningful.”

    • Breakfast & on-course sign-in at 7:30 a.m.
    • Registration & breakfast at 8:30 a.m.
    • Shotgun start at 10:00 a.m.

  • Extras: Raffles, hole contests, on-course challenges, and more!
