World Tour Golf Links Breaks Ground on New Toptracer Range

World Tour Golf Links has begun construction on a new 16-bay Toptracer Range, bringing one of golf’s most innovative practice and entertainment experiences to one of Myrtle Beach’s most recognizable courses. The covered hitting bays will feature Toptracer’s advanced ball-tracking technology and are scheduled to open in April.

Toptracer delivers real-time shot data including distance, ball speed, launch angle and shot shape, giving golfers instant feedback and turning every range session into an opportunity to learn more about their game.

Beyond practice, the Toptracer Range will transform World Tour’s driving range into an interactive entertainment venue. Golfers will be able to compete in closest-to-the-pin contests, play virtual rounds on famous courses, and challenge friends in a variety of games, creating a fun and social environment both before and after a round.

The technology will also enhance instruction and player development, giving beginners a welcoming place to learn the game, junior golfers a way to track their progress, and instructors powerful tools to improve lessons.

From focused practice sessions to group outings, birthday parties and corporate events, the Toptracer Range will create a vibrant new gathering place for golfers and non-golfers alike.

Inspired by some of golf’s most famous holes, World Tour Golf Links allows players to experience tributes to legendary venues such as St. Andrews and Augusta National, making it one of the Grand Strand’s most unique golf experiences.
